In the ever-evolving landscape of the Printing Industry, embracing environmentally responsible practices has become a paramount consideration.

With a firm commitment to sustainability, Yiying company seek to minimize our energy consumptions and maximize recycling to reduce our environmental footprint,therefore, we’ve employed the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers(RTOs) system in our workshop.

The RTO is recognized as the most effective and cost-efficient way to destroy VOCs from production processes.

Each RTO system incorporates specialized ceramic media in the regenerator(heat transfer bed) to allow thermal efficiencies up to 97%.The RTO’s innovative design incorporates heat recovery media, allowing it to recover approximately 95% of the heat generated during VOC destruction.

This recovered heat is utilized to minimize operating fuel requirements and enhance energy efficiency.

By incorporating these advanced systems, printing companies can significantly reduce VOC emissions,achieve energy recycling and contribute to a cleaner environment.
